Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 · Applies to Legacylogistics.ca and its redirected domains
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Legacy Logistics website and delivery coordination services provided by Legacy Logistics ("Legacy Logistics," "we," "us," or "our") to partner businesses. By submitting a delivery request or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Lawful Goods Only
Legacy Logistics provides transportation and delivery coordination support exclusively for lawful goods. Use of our services to request, facilitate, or complete the delivery of illegal, prohibited, or restricted items is strictly prohibited.
2. Partner Responsibility for Package Contents
Partner businesses are solely responsible for the contents, description, legality, and condition of any package submitted for delivery. Legacy Logistics does not manufacture, sell, own, inspect, endorse, or promote the contents of any package transported through our network, and assumes no responsibility for verifying package contents beyond the description provided by the partner.
3. Delivery Limitations
Legacy Logistics coordinates pickup and delivery through a network of drivers and delivery partners. Service availability, coverage areas, and delivery capacity are subject to change and are confirmed on a per-request or per-partner-agreement basis.
4. Pickup and Delivery Windows Are Estimates
All pickup and delivery time windows provided by Legacy Logistics are estimates only. While we work to meet requested timeframes, actual pickup and delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, address accessibility, or other factors outside of our control.
5. Refused or Cancelled Deliveries
Legacy Logistics reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel a delivery request if a package is reasonably believed to contain unlawful, unsafe, or improperly described contents, or if pickup or delivery conditions cannot be safely met. Partner businesses may cancel a delivery request prior to driver dispatch subject to the terms of their partner agreement.
6. Payment Terms
Delivery fees are charged based on per-delivery pricing, scheduled delivery support, or a revenue-share delivery service partnership, as outlined in the applicable partner agreement. Payment terms, invoicing frequency, and accepted payment methods will be confirmed during partner onboarding. All pricing is communicated in advance of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Logistics's liability for any claim arising from or related to a delivery is limited to the delivery fee paid for that specific delivery. Legacy Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, arising from delayed, refused, or incomplete deliveries.
8. Independent Delivery Network
Drivers and delivery partners operating within the Legacy Logistics network provide transportation and delivery support services. Legacy Logistics coordinates dispatch, pickup, and delivery confirmation on behalf of partner businesses.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
