- Review, confirm, and coordinate delivery requests submitted by partner businesses;
- Assign delivery support and communicate pickup and delivery status;

3. Service Communication

To complete a delivery, certain information — such as pickup address, delivery address, and package description — is shared with the driver or delivery partner assigned to that specific request. This sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to complete the delivery. Legacy Logistics does not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Payments
Online delivery fee payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you pay online, your card details are provided directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by Legacy Logistics. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. We retain payment confirmation details (such as the invoice reference, amount, and payment status) as part of our business records.
6. Advertising Analytics and Cookies
Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors use our site. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages visited and actions taken (for example, submitting a delivery request or completing a payment). Where customer contact details are used for conversion measurement, they are hashed (irreversibly encoded) before transmission.
